EVOPLUS electronic circulation pumps can be used in heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial buildings such as offices, condominiums, hospital and school facilities.

These electronically regulated wet rotor pumps ensure at all times, in all correctly sized systems, a sufficient quantity of energy and at the same time greater silence / comfort and a significant reduction in operating costs.

All models with flanged pump body are available in both single and twin versions.

The user interface is easy to use and immediately understandable.

Prepared as standard for control via external 0-10 V signal. or PWM and for connection to ModBus system management systems (LonBus with specific optional communication module).

It is possible to remotely control the single version thanks to the Dconnect service (with Dconnect Box supplied separately).

APPLICATIONS IN HEATING

The heating required in different applications varies considerably during the day/night due to the external temperature and the more or less constant presence of people inside the rooms. To the above must be added the different needs of the various environments and the possible opening or closing of the various branches in complex systems. APPLICATIONS IN AIR CONDITIONING

Unlike conventional electronic pumps, EVOPLUS electronic circulation pumps can also be used in air conditioning systems where the temperature of the pumped liquid is lower than the ambient temperature. In these conditions, condensation forms on the external surface of the circulator which does not affect the proper functioning of both the electronic and mechanical parts. In fact, the particular construction was designed and sized in such a way as to allow the condensation to drain without damaging the construction components.

CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

Monobloc circulation pump made up of a cast iron hydraulic part and a synchronous wet rotor electric motor. Aluminum engine case. Spiral pump body with high hydraulic efficiency thanks to particularly accurate design and smooth internal surfaces. In-line suction and delivery ports, flanged.

The single version is supplied as standard with insulation shells to avoid heat dispersion and/or the formation of condensation on the pump body.

For the twin version, the insulation must be carried out by the installer. In any case, particular attention must be paid not to obstruct the condensate drain labyrinths so as not to compromise the functioning of the circulator.

Technopolymer impeller, hardened stainless steel drive shaft mounted on ceramic bushings lubricated by the same pumped liquid. Stainless steel rotor protection jacket. Ceramic thrust ring, ethylene propylene sealing rings and carbon fiber composite stator jacket. Synchronous type motor with permanent magnet rotor. For the twin version there is an automatic clapet-type valve incorporated into the

delivery mouth to avoid water recycling in the unit at rest; Furthermore, a blind flange is supplied as standard in case maintenance of one of the two motors is necessary. The standard execution of the pump body is PN 16.
