EVOPLUS electronic circulation pumps can be used in heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial buildings such as offices, condominiums, hospitals and schools.
These electronically controlled wet rotor pumps ensure at all times, in all correctly sized systems, a sufficient amount of energy and at the same time greater noiselessness / comfort and a significant reduction in operating costs.
All models with flanged pump casing are available in both single and twin versions.
The user interface is easy to use and easy to understand.
Arranged as standard for control via an external 0-10 v signal. or PWM and for connection to ModBus plant management systems (LonBus with special optional communication module).
The single version can be controlled remotely thanks to the Dconnect service (with the Dconnect Box supplied separately).
HEATING APPLICATIONS
The heating required in the various applications varies considerably during the day/night due to the outside temperature and the more or less constant presence of people inside the premises. To the above must be added the different needs of the various environments and the possible opening or closing of the various branches in complex systems. The electronically controlled wet rotor pumps ensure at all times, in almost all correctly sized systems, a sufficient quantity of energy and at the same time greater noiselessness / comfort and a significant reduction in operating costs.
APPLICATIONS IN AIR CONDITIONING
Unlike conventional electronic pumps, EVOPLUS electronic circulation pumps can also be used in conditioning systems where the temperature of the pumped liquid is lower than the ambient temperature. In these conditions, condensation forms on the external surface of the circulator which does not affect the proper functioning of both the electronic and mechanical parts. In fact, the particular construction has been designed and sized in such a way as to allow condensation drainage without damage to the construction components.
CONSTRUCTION FEATURES
Monobloc circulation pump formed by the hydraulic part in cast iron and synchronous electric motor with wet rotor. Engine case in aluminium. Spiral pump body with high hydraulic efficiency thanks to a particularly accurate design and smooth internal surfaces. Suction and delivery ports in line, flanged.
The single version is supplied as standard with insulation shells to avoid heat dispersion and/or the formation of condensation on the pump body.
For the twin version, the insulation must be provided by the installer. In any case, particular attention must be paid not to obstruct the condensate drain labyrinths so as not to compromise the functioning of the circulator.
Technopolymer impeller, hardened stainless steel motor shaft mounted on ceramic bushings lubricated by the pumped liquid itself. Rotor protection jacket in stainless steel. Ceramic thrust ring, ethylene propylene seal rings and carbon fiber composite stator sleeve. Synchronous type motor with permanent magnet rotor. For the twin version there is an automatic clapet type valve incorporated in the
delivery port to avoid water recycling in the unit at rest; moreover, a blind flange is supplied as standard in case maintenance of one of the two motors is required. The standard execution of the pump casing is in PN 16.
